Data we collect

When you use the form, we may collect your name, email address, phone number and the information you choose to share about your project, including its location, type of work, stage, timing and indicative budget.

Purpose and legal basis

We use this data to respond to your enquiry, understand the initial scope of the project and prepare the next steps you request. Processing is based on your request and consent.

Retention and sharing

We retain data only for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and meet applicable obligations. We do not sell personal data.

The form uses FormSubmit to forward your enquiry to TerraEstrutura by email. Other providers strictly necessary for hosting, security and the operation of the website and email may also be used, subject to their respective data protection obligations.

Website analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to obtain aggregate statistics about visits, pages viewed, approximate traffic sources, countries and device types. This measurement does not use third-party cookies or link browsing activity to names, email addresses, phone numbers or information entered in the form.

Submitted enquiries, calls, opening WhatsApp and viewing projects may be measured as aggregate actions. If tools using non-essential cookies or identifiers are enabled in future, the applicable consent mechanism will be presented before collection.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction, restriction or deletion of your data, or withdraw consent, by contacting terraestrutura@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with Portugal's National Data Protection Commission (CNPD).
